Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At LiFi (Little Finger) Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.


2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product received is defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were originally included.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be retained.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required for verification.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective


4. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit, at our discretion.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent product or store credit.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following situations:

  • The order was cancelled before shipment.

  • The product is unavailable after payment.

  • A replacement cannot be provided for an approved claim.

  • A duplicate payment was made.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the package before accepting delivery.

  • Once the package is accepted, claims related to external packaging damage may not be accepted.

  • Refusal of a valid COD order without a genuine reason may affect future COD eligibility.


7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by us.

  • In all other approved cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.


8. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect against fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional photographs or videos.

  • Verify delivery records with courier partners.

  • Reject claims that appear false, misleading, abusive, or unsupported by sufficient evidence.

Our decision regarding claim approval shall be final.


9. Limitation of Liability

LiFi (Little Finger) Store shall not be liable for:

  • Minor variations in color, packaging, design, or appearance.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or events beyond our control.

  • Customer dissatisfaction arising from improper use of a product.

  • Incorrect orders placed by customers.
