4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most serviceable pin codes across India.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email.

You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier partner will generally make 2–3 additional delivery attempts.

If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
